Shipping
We ship worldwide with tracked services. Flat-rate shipping is US$12, and orders over US$149 ship free. Orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days; tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected.
Estimated transit time is 7–14 business days for most destinations. Delays can happen at customs, which we cannot control.
Duties & taxes
Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. Any charges are payable by the recipient on delivery.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@xsbags.net with your order number first. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send a photo within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
