We are a family-run bag workshop in Quanzhou, Fujian — a city that has been making things for the world for a very long time.
Since 2016 we have designed and produced backpacks, travel bags, coolers and trolleys for brands across North America, Europe and Asia. Most of that work happened behind someone else’s label. XS BAGS is our own shelf.
Why we started
After a decade of making bags for other people, we kept coming back to the same idea: the good stuff should not need a middleman markup. So we kept the factory, removed the layers, and built a small collection around the bags we actually use.
How we work
Every style starts in our sample room and gets carried around town before it goes into production. If a zip catches, a strap digs in, or a pocket is the wrong shape, it gets fixed. Simple as that.
