Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from China. Tracked shipping is a flat US$12, and it is free on orders over US$149.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
Will I pay customs duties?
Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are not included in the price. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due.
Returns
Can I return a bag?
Yes. Unused bags in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send the return instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. No arguments.

Do you offer custom logos?
Yes, for wholesale orders. Our MOQ for custom work starts at 300 pieces depending on the style. Email sales@xsbags.net with your artwork and quantity.
Are the colors exact?
We photograph products in natural light, but screens vary. If a color match is critical, ask us for a physical swatch.
